Here’s What Dennis Dillon Mazda Guarantees

• Cash Back Guarantee – If for any reason you don't love your new vehicle, you can return it, and we'll give you a full refund. It’s important to note that a few eligibility criteria do apply.
• The vehicle needs to be returned within 72 hours or 300 miles, whichever comes first.
• Our team will inspect the vehicle for cosmetic or mechanical damage. If the vehicle is damaged, you are responsible for the repairs.
• If the vehicle was purchased with a personal check, the dealership must wait for the check to clear before issuing any refunds.
• Accessories purchased in addition to the vehicle (e.g., window tint, upgrade packages) will not be refunded.

NOTE: Refunds can take up to two weeks from the time of fund verification.

• Vehicle Exchange Guarantee – The policy mentioned above applies in every way, with one exciting addition - instead of cash back, you can swap your vehicle. This means that you have the flexibility to choose a vehicle that better suits your needs.
• An additional credit approval may be required to proceed with your request.
• We'll assign a credit towards the "swap" to ensure that you can afford the vehicle you want, even if it's of a higher value.
• The qualifications for our Cash Back Guarantee are also applied to the Vehicle Exchange Guarantee.

Our 3-Month/300-Mile Limited Powertrain Warranty: Our warranty covers vehicles that are less than 13 years old and have traveled less than 175,000 miles. For more information, contact our dealership or refer to the warranty details.
